Urthkind Pty Ltd — How We Ship Your Order

Australia Deliveries Only

At Urthkind, getting your order to you safely and on time is something we take seriously. This page walks you through everything you need to know about how we handle shipping — from the moment you hit “place order” to when your parcel lands at your door.

This policy applies to all deliveries within Australia. We may update the information on this page from time to time, so it's worth bookmarking and checking back occasionally.


1. Where We Ship

Urthkind ships exclusively within Australia. Whether you're in a busy city centre or a regional area, we’ll do our best to get your order to you.

We use Australia Post and SEKO as our courier partners, both of whom have strong national networks across the country.


2. Shipping Options & Estimated Timeframes

We offer two shipping methods at checkout. Choose the one that works best for you:

** These timeframes reflect courier transit times only and do not include the time taken to process and pack your order at our warehouse. They are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Free Shipping on Every Order

🎉 As a thank you for supporting us from the very beginning, Urthkind is offering FREE shipping on all orders across Australia — no minimum spend, no exceptions.

One-time orders, subscriptions, first orders, recurring orders — it doesn’t matter. If you're ordering from us, delivery is on us.


4. Getting Your Order Ready to Ship

As soon as your order comes through during business hours, our team gets to work preparing it for dispatch — this usually takes between 1 and 2 business days.

Orders that come in on weekends or public holidays will be picked up on the next working day.

To avoid any hold-ups, please make sure all the details you enter at checkout are correct and complete.

We can’t be held responsible for delays caused by inaccurate delivery information provided at the time of ordering.


5. Tracking Your Parcel

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get an email with your shipment confirmation and a tracking number.

Pop that number into the courier’s tracking portal and you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Just a heads-up: tracking information can sometimes take a day or two to show up in the system after dispatch, so don’t worry if it’s not live straight away.


6. When Things Don’t Go to Plan

We do everything we can to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time.

But every now and then, things happen that are out of our hands — things like peak periods, bad weather, public holidays, or courier hiccups.

If your delivery is taking longer than expected, reach out to us at support@urthkind.com and we’ll jump on it straight away.

If your parcel arrives damaged or seems to have gone missing during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.


7. Optional Parcel Protection

For those who want an extra layer of security, we offer parcel protection as an optional add-on at checkout.

Here’s what it covers:

  • Parcels that go missing in transit.
  • Parcels that end up delivered to the wrong address.

If one of the above happens and you’ve got protection in place, we’ll either resend your order or refund you in full — the choice is yours.

To make a claim, you’ll need to contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date.

Parcel protection does not apply if:

  • The delivery failed because of an incorrect address you provided at checkout.
  • Your parcel was stolen after it was successfully delivered.

If you sign up to a subscription and add parcel protection at the time of your first order, that coverage will automatically roll over to every future order in your subscription — no need to add it again.
